How to save money on your custom PC parts in 2025

Big sales
Wait for sales from Shopee or Lazada during their 1.1, 2.2 etc sales claim the coupons during the sales and use them during check out. During these sales sometimes the seller will want to clear items at their end. You might score a good deal. For example I scored at $110 off my Powercolour 7800XT HellHound.
Be patient
Some times when you comparing price on the component you want to buy, you need to monitor the price and see what’s the average low and high. Once you are sure that the price is belong to the lower end, it’s time to purchase it.
Do your research properly
Buying the wrong parts for your custom pc component can be a disaster. You might face motherboard not able to fit into your case causing you to spend again for a case that’s compatible.
Overseas shopping platforms
This could be abit contradicting. But sometimes the sales in overseas platform like Amazon and even Taobao can be much cheaper than in Singapore. However, make sure you purchase with caution.
For Amazon always purchase those with sold and fulfilled by Amazon or shops that I heard of.
For Taobao make sure you get from those reputable shop with alot of positive reviews.
