DEFINITION OF TERMS

Product – Refers to any hardware or components sold by Zackcustompc.

Original Purchaser – The individual or entity that first purchases the Product directly from Zackcustompc.

End User – The ultimate consumer who owns and uses the Zackcustompc Product.

Date of Original Retail Purchase – The date on which the Original Purchaser bought the Product from Zackcustompc.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

Zackcustompc warrants to the Original Purchaser that, unless otherwise stated, any Product sold will be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of up to THREE (3) YEARS depending on the product type, starting from the Date of Original Retail Purchase. Each product’s specific warranty period is specified in your invoice.

As a single operator, I do not provide immediate replacement parts. Warranty claims will be facilitated by me directly with the respective warranty centers on your behalf. Claims are subject to the availability of parts and timelines determined by the warranty centers

SCOPE OF WARRANTY

This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials under normal use. It applies only to the hardware components of the Product and excludes software, consumables (e.g., batteries, adapters), and peripheral items (e.g., accessories, monitors).

If a component is found faulty within the warranty period, I will assist in submitting a claim to the manufacturer or distributor for repair or replacement. Replacement parts are subject to availability at the warranty center.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

The warranty does not cover:

Software Issues

Problems caused by any software, games, or programs installed on your Zackcustompc.

External Causes

Accidents, acts of nature, misuse, or issues caused by electrical power problems (e.g., improper voltage supply).

Overclocking, liquid exposure, or usage in unsuitable physical or operating environments.

Unauthorized Modifications

Changes made without prior approval.

Removal or reassembly of components (e.g., RAM, graphics cards).

Other Exclusions

Normal wear and tear.

Products used for unintended purposes (e.g., cryptocurrency mining).

Components with tampered serial numbers or labels.

Issues arising after the warranty period has expired.

CLAIMS PROCESS

If you encounter an issue with your Zackcustompc Product, follow these steps:

Contact Me

Reach out via email or phone with your order details, including the invoice.

Initial Diagnostics

I will guide you through basic troubleshooting. If the issue persists, I will inspect the Product in person.

Warranty Center Submission

If a hardware fault is identified, I will personally submit the component to the warranty center for repair or replacement.

Repair or replacement is subject to stock availability and timelines determined by the warranty center, which may take 5–10 business days or longer for complex cases.

Loaner PC or Components

As a single operator, I do not provide loan PCs or components while waiting for repairs. You are advised to plan accordingly for any downtime.

Final Return

Once the warranty process is complete, I will return the repaired or replaced component to you.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Zackcustompc is not responsible for any of the following:

  • Loss of data, revenue, or profits during any phase of repair or replacement.
  • Damage caused during shipping if the Product is not packaged properly for transport.
  • Delays caused by warranty centers or shipping.
  • Important: Customers are advised to back up their data regularly. I cannot guarantee data recovery if data is lost during service.
