About Zack — Singapore Custom PC Builder
Hi, I’m Zack, founder of Zack Custom PC. Some of you might know me from my content on TikTok (@zackcustompc) or from my TikTok lives, where I share insights and suggestions on custom gaming PCs.
Why I started
When I started this journey on TikTok, I had one goal in mind: to create a community where custom PC and tech lovers can hang out. For those who want to build a PC with me, I wanted to offer a personalised approach. I listen to your requirements before I propose a build, so it’s more accurate and gets the most performance out of your budget.
I won’t pretend I’m perfect. But those who follow me know I’ll do my best to help you get your custom PC without overspending.
How I work
- You talk directly to me. No customer service queue, no pushy sales rep.
- Honest recommendations. I’ll help you choose what makes sense for you, not what costs more.
- Hand-built and tested. Every PC is assembled and tested for stability, thermals and noise.
- Transparent pricing. You see the cost before anything is confirmed.
- Personal aftercare. I check in after delivery because I actually care how it runs.
I’m a single operator, and I’m upfront about what that means. You won’t find a big showroom, but the person who specced your PC is the one who builds it and answers your messages. If you’re comparing me with the bigger brands, that’s the difference.
What I build
- Custom gaming PCs, from mid-range to no-limits 4K
- Workstation PCs for editing, 3D, CAD and development
- AI and deep learning workstations
- Corporate and office PCs for Singapore businesses
- Upgrades and trade-ins
